Janardhanan, the visionary founder of SHRAVISHTA Life Spaces India Pvt. Ltd. and Jayashraddha Infra Projects Ltd. (JSI), is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of diverse experience in business optimization, strategic management, and organizational development. With a reputation for cultivating strategic partnerships that have led to multimillion-dollar growth, he is recognized for his expertise in driving operational excellence and long-term profitability. Under Janardhanan's leadership, JSI Projects has become a leader in delivering end-to-end construction services on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis, specializing in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. With a commitment to leveraging advanced technologies, JSI ensures efficient, scalable project execution, setting a benchmark for quality in the industry. In addition to JSI, Janardhanan founded SRICA and serves as a Director at Kashyap Management Consultants Ltd., where he focuses on corporate financial growth and strategic investments. Known for building lasting corporate relationships, he brings expertise in enhancing financial and operational structures across a range of enterprises. He also holds board positions with multiple organizations, sharing his insights and experience across diverse sectors.
Ramakrishnan Thyagarajan
Ramakrishnan Thyagarajan is an engineering graduate with exceptional technical expertise and a career spanning over 32 years in the construction industry. Known for his comprehensive experience across civil and infrastructure sectors, Ramakrishnan brings deep insight and proven success in all facets of construction processes and procedures.
As Managing Partner at Bala Constructions, Ramakrishnan oversaw the completion of more than 850,000 sq. ft., delivering high-quality projects with a commitment to excellence. Later, as Technical Director at Kesariya Housing Developers, he successfully constructed over 650,000 sq. ft. of luxury multi-storey residential complexes, creating distinguished living spaces that reflect quality and innovation.
In his role as CEO of Anand Estates, he completed more than 350,000 sq. ft. of constructed area and was instrumental in the development of over 100 acres of plotted projects. Ramakrishnan's leadership and technical insight have been pivotal in setting new benchmarks in quality, sustainability, and functionality within the construction industry.
Renjith Kurup
With over 25 years of international experience in the construction industry, Renjith Kurup is a seasoned expert in managing, directing, and overseeing quality control for both small- and large-scale precast projects. Renowned for his technical expertise and high standards, Renjith ensures that every aspect of a project—from drawings, planning, and documentation to scheduling, production, and construction—meets the most stringent industry norms. His keen attention to detail and rigorous quality-driven approach are essential to the consistent delivery of high-caliber results and successful project completions.
Renjith’s global experience includes his role as Project Manager – Quality Control at Gulf Precast Concrete Company LLC in Dubai. Previously, he held the position of QC Inspector at Juma Al Majid Concrete Products, also in Dubai. His impressive career portfolio spans notable contributions as a Senior Production & QC Engineer on iconic projects, including the RTA Car Parking, Abu Dhabi International Airport Terminal, Presidential Palace Project, Al Barari Luxury Villas, Al Ghurair City Mall Expansion, Palazzo Versace Hotel, and the Shah Gas Development Project.
